- Stay Duration: While the visa is valid for a year, the maximum stay per visit is typically limited, often to 90 days. Overstaying this period can result in fines or other penalties.
- Purpose: The visa is strictly for business purposes, such as attending meetings, trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences; negotiating contracts; or other business dealings. It does not permit employment, for which a separate work visa is required.
