1. General Policy

Infinity Airfare operates as a travel search engine, connecting users with third-party Travel Providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, online travel agencies, etc.). We do not own, control, or operate these Travel Products, and all bookings made through our platform are subject to the respective provider’s terms, conditions, and refund policies.

Infinity Airfare is not responsible for:

  • Cancellation, refund, or modification requests for third-party bookings.
  • Errors in pricing, availability, or service delivery by Travel Providers.
  • Any disputes regarding refunds or changes—these must be resolved directly with the Travel Provider.

For bookings made directly with Infinity Airfare (offline tour packages, International Driving Permits, and Travel Insurance), the following policies apply:


2. Infinity Airfare’s Own Services

A. International Driving Permit (IDP)

  • If Approved: The fee is non-refundable.
  • If Rejected: A full refund will be issued.
  • Errors/Amendments: If there is a mistake in the issued IDP, customers must contact our support team at helpdesk@infinityairfare.com within 7 days of receipt for corrections.

B. Tour Packages (Offline Bookings)

  • Advance Payment: At least 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
  • Cancellation & Refund:
    • Full Refund: If canceled at least 3 days before the trip date.
    • No Refund: If canceled within 3 days of the trip (considered a No-Show).

C. Travel Insurance

  • Once issued, the policy is non-changeable and non-refundable.

3. Third-Party Bookings (Flights, Hotels, Car Rentals, etc.)

Since Infinity Airfare is an affiliate platform, all refund and cancellation requests for third-party bookings must be directed to the respective Travel Provider (airline, hotel, OTA, etc.).

  • Refund Eligibility: Depends on the provider’s policy.
  • Processing Time: Varies by provider (typically 7-30 business days).
  • Service Fees: Some providers may charge cancellation/change fees.

Note: Infinity Airfare does not guarantee refunds for third-party bookings and will not mediate disputes between customers and Travel Providers.


4. How to Request a Refund (For Infinity Airfare Services Only)

  • Email: Send refund requests to helpdesk@infinityairfare.com with your booking reference and reason for cancellation.
  • Processing Time: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to the original payment method.

5. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to utilize booked services (flights, tours, etc.) without prior cancellation will result in no refund.
